AUGUST 4th & 5th 2012
Noon – 10:00pm
Participating Artists display work from Noon – 6:00pm
In 2011, the one day Edgewater Art Festival drew 1,500 attendees. EDGE FEST has an event planner with a great reputation. First year events are more risky than established events. Because this is a first year event, to help offset the cost and risk, Edgewater Artists in Motion (EAIM) is offering a $195 credit to the first 40 artists accepted to participate. With the EAIM coupon, the cost to participate is $125 (this includes the mandatory City of Chicago Merchant fee).
EAIM is offering you the $195 credit. Without the credit, the cost to participate is $295 for the booth for two days! This is standard throughout large festivals. Artists are responsible to supply their own white tents and equipment. Rental is available. To take advantage of the $195 EAIM Credit, apply at the link below. You will be asked to supply three images of your work, which will be used in the selection process. ACT NOW and pay your $125 entry fee – credit card payment is available.
For further questions, we would be happy to personally talk to you about your needs. If the projected attendance of 25,000 is reached, the largest market ever for EAIM participants will be tremendous. If half of the projected attendance, 12,500, attends, this is still a huge market. This can be exciting, fun, and well worth your efforts. What happens if 5,000 attend – it is still a great market!
