2015 Edgewater Fall Art Fair
A multi-cultural and multi-generational lineup of 120+ artists from all over Chicago,
weaving a stimulating creative tapestry in the heart of Edgewater,
peppered with a contagious community vibe!
Organized by Edgewater Artists in Motion in collaboration with 48th Ward Alderman Harry Osterman.
Now in its third year of continuous growth, the Edgewater Fall Art Fair is a labor of love by artists and art lovers for all those who appreciate artistic talent, enjoy community life, and like to discover Chicago’s hidden gems.
The Edgewater Fall Art Fair aims to show Edgewater to Chicagoans like they’ve never seen it before while helping local businesses and creative talent prosper.

100+ Local Exhibiting Artists
Featuring original works in paintings, photography, hand-made jewelry, mixed media, and pottery. Get to know this year’s artists.
Two main stages will book-end the Art Fair, offering an eclectic lineup of live performances including: jazz, country, rock, Latin dances, classical music and more.
Featuring a music and performing arts stage, craft beer, and a little “Taste of Edgewater” with food options from different Edgewater restaurants.
FREE admission (food and drinks available for purchase)
Children’s Activity Corner
Interactive activities for kids aged 1 to 12 (and everyone who’s still a kid at heart!), including: live storytelling, puppet shows, finger painting, sidewalk chalk drawing, and ongoing art workshops.
Young Artists’ Gallery
The Young Artists’ Gallery gives grade and high school students in the Chicago area a chance to exhibit their art in a public venue. For the participating schools, it’s an opportunity to show the work of their Arts Programs to a much larger audience.
Children’s Music Talent Showcase
Musically talented elementary school age kids from Edgewater and surrounding neighborhoods are invited to perform live on stage at the Art Fair.
